Last updated: [date]

These terms are an agreement between [Company name], [address] ("HiveVote", "we") and the person or organisation that creates a HiveVote account ("you").

The service

Acceptable use

Don't use HiveVote to break the law, send spam, distribute malware, harass people, infringe others' rights, or to probe, overload or get around the service's limits and security. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can. A suspended account's projects are offline; nothing is deleted while it is suspended.

Ending the agreement

Availability and changes

We work to keep HiveVote available and secure, but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. [Service levels, if any.] We may change features; we'll announce changes that take something important away [N days] ahead.

Liability

[Limitation of liability, exclusions, and caps, as advised.]

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [the law of Switzerland / ...]. Courts at [place] have jurisdiction, [unless consumer law says otherwise].

Changes to these terms

We'll tell account owners about material changes [N days] before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
