Subprocessors
Last updated: [date]
HiveVote uses these companies to provide the service. Each processes personal data only to do its part, under a written agreement.
| Subprocessor | What for | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| [Server hosting provider] | The server that runs HiveVote and its database | All service data | [Country] |
| Infomaniak Network SA | Object storage for uploaded images and backups (S3-compatible) | Uploaded images; backups (the database encrypted) | Switzerland |
| [Email delivery provider (SMTP)] | Sending emails: sign-in codes, notifications, changelog emails | Recipient addresses, email content | [Country] |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Payments and invoices for HiveVote subscriptions | Account owner's billing details and payment data | Ireland / USA |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) | Telling people from bots on guest posts in widgets, only if the customer's portal allows guests and it is switched on | IP address, browser signals during the check | USA / global |
Not subprocessors, because the customer chooses them for their own data: the customer's own identity provider (company sign-in, single sign-on), webhook destinations, Slack, and AI agents connected through MCP or the REST API.
We'll update this list [N days] before adding a subprocessor. [Say how customers are notified and how they can object.]
